Down sizing (tears)

Due to circumstances beyond my control (med bills) gonna have to down size.Have 2 amp/rec. and 3 pwr amps. If you had to, witch 2 would you keep ?? !,st is a Luxman RX-102 amp/rec. with a matching Luxman GX-101 Eq. 2,nd is a Kenwood Super Eleven amp/rec. (Euro mod.) 125 wpc. at 8 ohm. 3,rd is a Kemwood Basic M1D pwr. amp. 125 wpc. @ 8 ohm. 4,th is a Hafler DH-200 pwr amp. 100 wpc @ 8 ohm. and last is a Mitsubishi M-A4371 pwr. amp. 100 wpc @ 8 ohm. I'm not a receiver guy but those Kenwood Super Eleven units are sweet. I think I'd want to consider if one of the choices has recently been gone through to help ensure the best reliability.

I am truly sorry to hear about your challenges. I have been going through this for a few years now and at first it really hurt. I then thought in a positive way and have been having fun going through and evaluating the equipment and combinations. Turned out to be sort of fun and kept focus elsewhere.

It boils down to what you love and what you can't replace. I went through the same thing due to a divorce and it sucked. I'm getting back in the groove now, but I lost some things that would be incredibly difficult to replace down the road should I choose to. Best thing is just to let the things you choose go, and get back in the saddle when you can. Life is full of lumps, as you already know. Get healthy, that's the biggest thing.

I agree with this, and the fact most of the other gear could be repurchased at another time, although Alaska shipping to and from drives the costs up some.
