Motorcycles - 15 British Twins from the 60's, McLaren Race Cars - how about the one that Johnny Rutherford won Indy with in 1974. Yes indeed! These have become not only Extermely collectable but very desireable to own as well as show due to the fact that they are all one of one. Very Very few duplicates of these early cars out there and more and more of them are showing up at concour events.

Yes, and spectators will be able to see them at one location - along with other significant cars. The Concours is one of the misunderstood gems of Michigan. Great Cars, Great Food and entertainment in one place on one day, and I'll bet that most aren't aware of the magnitude.

It will be quite a cracklefest - can you imagine, 1 car on nitro, 4 funny cars, and 8 Gassers all starting up one after the other!!! All of this on the, once quite grounds, of Meadow Brook Hall! Then, maybe we'll start up the McLaren Race cars, and then sweeten the sound with the Ferrari's....earplugs anyone?

Yea, that should be quite a spectacle & enjoyable event for the Drag Race enthusiast.
Reminds me of the time where I would look forward to going to IH20 Raceway in East Texas with my dad.

The feature attraction was always a rare visit by none other than Gene Snow & his "Rambunctious" funny car. Still today, I have never heard anything louder than that car.

If you like cars and miss this event - then you're missing a great show. 240 cars from all eras. Meadow Brook has always been considered on of the top shows in the country - this year, with the attractions of Muscle Cars, New Super Cars, Drag Cars, British Motorcycles and some of best designed cars ever produced - it's one show you won't want to miss. I'm amazed at how few car people know about the show - yet, around the country all of the car people do. Thanks to our lack luster media - interested in murder stories or City of Detroit garbage, the show gets minimal coverage. If you're not interested yourself, spread the word.

This weekend - 50's and 60's cars, motorcycles, new Ferrari California, Bugatti Veyron, Muscle Cars, Sports Cars, one place, one time, one day to see the best. It's the Super Bowl of car shows - interesting how collectors come from all over the country and too many of the gearheads in Michigan don't even know about the show.
