Driver Gasket Source

I'm recapping a pair of Forte's. The passive radiator gasket was inside the cab in pieces. Anyone know a good source to order pre cut gaskets? I don't see any at PE.

I'd also like some for my AR 3 project though I don't mind using putty on the AR's.

most "gaskets " available are intended to be attached to the front side of the basket, and
are about 3/8" thick.

I would call klipsch. I have on several occasions. Their support is excellent and they would likely have the exact replacement in stock. Further, I have found their replacement cost for parts to be very reasonable.

Give it a shot.

Go to the local hardware store and buy relatively thin gasket tape, self adhesive type. Its cheap ($3 or so for enough to a few drivers)

That closed cell white foam packing material makes GREAT gaskets (I've done four speakers) for next to nothing...

Rope caulk works well too. Remains flexible, never dries and makes an airtight seal. Any hardware store has it.

You'd seriously glue your drivers in? There is no way I'd do that. Rope caulk sticks bad enough, I can only imagine the mess left after removing a driver held in with silicone glue. I've used the thin foam on a roll, once. That worked pretty well.

To the OP, I had a pair of Peavey enclosures from the 70's that used gaskets like that.
