Driver ID assistance please Plus Frazier model question

Nobody special
Hi,

Wondering if any of you knowledgeable folks could tell me what type of horn/compression driver is in this Frazier Mark V. Sorry, don’t have a better picture yet. They won’t be delivered until Friday or Saturday. Thank for any insights you may have.FFCBA1F8-087C-4B78-AAF8-A5AD9B32B1BF.jpeg

Pretty sure the "A" model Mk V's had the (round) piezo offset to one side. Appears yours are a later model. If someone is not along soon, Frazier people moved their user group from the Klipsch forum to FB some years back, FWIW.

The driver is centered in the middle between the two 4 inch midrange that are in a separate enclosure under the fiberglass. Grill is not removable and both of the adjustment pots are on the back. Definitely an early Frazier.E4E70E4F-CC35-41EF-B23C-A4FEA01D5A3C.jpeg2F8BC191-15D9-4082-B4A2-16E8A479C93E.jpeg

mkV_A.jpg frazier_mark_V_later.jpg There were at least "A" through "D" models of the Mark V. The D model had the slot in the front. Beyond that and the round tweeter being A model, I'm tapped-out.

Looks like university 4401/mid-t

Hard to be certain without a bit better pic
I opened them up today. You have a good eye. 4401/mid-t drivers in both enclosures although one was painted mat black.

Listening to them on a Sherwood S9600 integrated right now because my S5000 died right after I hooked them up.
Bums me out and I’m a little scared to hook them up to anything tube until I know what happened to the S5000.

Still, they sound pretty nice. Reminds me of a Klipsch Forte somewhat.
