Dual 1019 Multi Record Spindle Conversion

Tozco, a picture is worth a thousand words and that details is greatly appreciated. Is the example an aftermarket replacement or original equipment? I am optimistic the former so the search is a bit easier.

Nat, not building a Frankenstein... just want to remove the multi-drop spindle with a single record spindle. The unit came with a wooden plinth, in great shape too boot.

AK has many of the kindest members, I am elated you got offered a spindle.

ESP, finally found the time to unpack and install the spindle you sent and suffice it to say a perfect fit! Hope to finish a receiver currently on the bench and then on to the Dual. Much appreciation.

Hi @MrCrabs, I am happy the spindle made it to you safely, even more happy that it fits correctly, and happiest of all to try to pay forward even just a little of all the knowledge, support, inspiration, and entertainment this site has given me. Thank you for the update and we all look forward to another turntable resto thread with lots of pics ( no really, they are one of my favorites). Btw, if you put an @ symbol in front of someone's username they will get an alert. Might help in future threads if you want to catch somebody's attention. This is something I did not know when I started on here so just wanted to share that if it might help.
