Dual 1220 Molex to AC Connector

I pulled a Dual 1220 from one of those vintage or MCM cabinets, and wanted to place it on a DIY plinth (that I am planning to build).

So I'd like to adapt the molex connector with 3 square pins that comes on the dual, to an AC cable.

I already ordered the 3-pin male socket

Ideally I would like it to go like this:
Existing male molex connec. --> new female molex connec. --> new 3-pin male socket (to be installed behind on the new plinth).

So my question is, what would be the color sequence from the molex connector with the black, orange, brown to the 3-pin male connector? ...... or if there is a better solution to do this that I am not aware of?
(I am also thinking on replacing the existing old molex connector with a rounded pin molex connector, as it is easier to find them).

Thank you

I found something similar at my local auto parts store. I did have to trim off one corner to round it off so it would fit the connector.

Oh I see, then I guess I could do that hack so I don't have to replace that molex, right?. That sounds good. I'll try this out.
Thank you
