Dual 1229 and Sansui 5000a for $150..?

I just got through talking to a guy on craigslist and he said he would take $150 for a Dual 1229 in working condition and a Sansui 5000a amp. He has used the amp for the past 25 years (so it must not have the bad boards).

I need opinions..good deal or no?
