Dual 1258 tonearm wobble, broken cartridge?

Hello folks, looking for some advice on a Dual 1258 I just bought.

Wondering if some of you who are familiar with this or similar Dual turntables might be able to view the attached video and shed some light.

It seems that the plastic clips which attach the cartridge to the headshell are broken (beginning of vid) - just looking for confirmation of this and wondering how the cartridge usually attaches... does it just snap in?

The tonearm is loose and wobbly. (about 52 seconds into the video) - is this normal? If not, any advice on how to fix?

I was able to secure it to the headshell with a zip-tie, and the turntable plays and sounds fine. Thanks

The tonearm should not wobble like that. Could be bad bearings in the tonearm. Or if this turntable was shipped to you it could be shipping damage.
The cartridge snaps up into the headshell and a single screw retains the cartridge carrier within the headshell. It looks like the wrong screw is being used.

There are places that could repair this turntable for you. But it's not going to be cheap.
