Dual 505-1 Dn-150e

I am using a DN-150E stylus with my TKS-49S cartridge on a Dual 505-1 turntable. What should my tracking force and anti-skate be set at? I currently have it set at 1.5 however i'm not sure if the anti-skate dial should be on the elliptical or spherical side since the cartridge is meant for one and the stylus the other.
