Dual CS 622 & Sanyo TP 625

I have been using a Dual 622 turntable with a Dual ULM 55e cartridge & Ortofon Dual DN 155e stylus. I recently picked up a Sanyo TP 625 turntable with an Audio Technica AT 12e cartridge & an Audio Technica stylus (red, no numbers). The Dual is almost ready for a new stylus & all the red Audio Technica stylus is see, seem to be cheap.I would like to get the most I can out of these turntables. So, my question is, What stylus & cartridge (if needed) would best suit these turntables? Also, I am not familiar & can't find much on-line about the quality of this Sanyo. Any opinions?

I have the Project-One version of the same turntable, which was also made under the Sanyo TP 625 badging. I am running a Grado Silver Prestige cartridge on it now with good results.

I just inherited a Sanyo 825D, which seems like it might be from the same line/era. I too can not find out anything about it. If you find out anything please let me know...I'll do the same.

I would say that they look to be fairly well built TTs. Mine has a charcoal grey plinth with silver buttons.
 
About a week ago I bought a Grado Prestige (black) cart & stylus for the Sanyo & was very disappoint in it, so, I took it back and exchanged it for an Audio technica 3482 H/U at $25.00 less & twice the sound quality. Go figure! I have this same question posted on a couple forums & so far the Sanyo is getting good reviews.
