Dual CS-626 turntable platter issue

Hi guys! I just bought this Dual 626 turntable, and as you can see in the video, the platter is wobbly while moving. However, after correctly setting up the tonearm counterweight, the sound quality is very good, the wobble doesn't affect the music.

Do you guys know what the cause of this issue might be? Would it affect my cartridge/records?

I have no idea why the platter is warped but its a nice table. I bet there is a platter out there somewhere if you want ro persue it.
