Picked up a 1009 from an AK'er a couple weeks ago. Did the Usual clean and lube. Put it in my FISHER Futura VI console. This morning I picked up a Grundig KS 590 Console with another 1009 complete with a Empire 2000E and a NEW in the box EMPIRE red Stylus(sealed). (Thread in tube Forum) It needs the clean and lube but otherwise works fine. 2 1009's, 1219,1229,1249. Now all I need is a 1019!!!!
