DV Dilemma

I have 2 Pioneer Elite DVD Players: The Elite DV-37 and the sleeker DV-45A. I know that the original retail price listing for the 37 ws higher than the 45A but i'm curious at to what anyone thinks as to which is the better player if i were to keep only one? I've looked at the specs but i'm still interested in hearing fron those in the know please...
