Bought one of these and have been coaming the net for info. This is a EU 240v unit.
Sitting on Mouser getting an order in.
I will make an attempt to get this in working order, amateur as I am; stock, no serious mods or anything. Just upping some component voltage specs and what not.
The guy I bought it from have been medling with the unit here and there, nothing major as far as I can tell, but for me, this is a complicated beast to say the least. Alot of wires cut though.
Looking to learn and will take things slowly and most likely intermittently. Anyhow, been checking some of the D400 threads out and here seems to be some knowledgeable folks so I am hoping for some input.
I got an almost empty board that´s a pc-30 to be; also got two 5 watt resistors which the previous owner bought, in error I guess. Found 10 watt 600/820ohm for r307 and r308 on mouser. The caps are 1000uf/25v , which is bigger than stock specs as far as I can find out. Problem?
