The rebuild route (to me) is a better way to go assuming you are going to keep them and enjoy them as they are vertually new drivers as opposed to 30/40 year old drivers that could have thier own issues due to age. Imho.
A guy near me has a pair of ADS 400s for sale for $200. I may buy those for the tweeters, as they appear to be in excellent condition. Pretty sure they’re the same part number.
