Elac 10h cartridge recommendation

Hello, I am looking for a new cartridge for a Elac 10h turntable I picked up on ebay and was wondering if anyone has experiences with these turntables?

It looks like it takes a standard cartridge and the 10H was designed to track at 5 grams without having adjustable tracking weight.

It currently has a Shure M44E cartridge in it but I would like to upgrade to something a bit nicer.
