Elac Miracord 40A - Cartridge?

I have just gotten ahold of an Elac Miracord 40A along with a Realistic STA 65c Reciever from my grandpa's basement. It has the original cart but no stylus, but I'm thinking I might want to replace the cart altogether. What other carts would anyone suggest for this TT? Also does anyone have the User Manual for this TT?

What is the cartridge? If it has the Realistic R700E cartridge, that's a pretty good cart made by Shure.
