ELAC Uni fi or equivalent with Yamaha rx v475 AVR

Hi guys

I am thinking of upgrading my speakers from pioneer BS22LR to something like ELAC Uni fi or B&W 685.
My question is will they be compatible and perform well with my 80 WPC entry level avr rx v475? This receiver was replaced by new rx479 in the market. So to get the idea, it's performance should b same as that of 479 except all those new wireless Internet connectivity and apps.
How well they will perform with an entry-level receiver vs something like aventage?
The other alternative i have in mind is Wharfedale...
Have heard good reviews for them as well.
