Electro Voice EV 1180

Howdy! I recently picked up a used Electro Voice EV 1180 reciever. Other than one light being out, It seems to work perfectly. Heavy mother too! Can anyone shed some light on this unit (specs, manufacture date, value)? I'm amazed at the volume it can produce!

I have an EV 1179 -- a smaller receiver, also FM-only, but with about 27wpc. Yours is supposed to put out 15wpc. Retailed for $150 back in the late '60s. Here's some photos I found:

I love mine (this is my second, since I gave the other away), but lately one channel starts fading away after about 15 minutes so I'll need to take it in for some R&R. Enjoy! :thmbsp:
