Hello,
I picked up an old Electro Voice ev-66 integrated amp. It turns on with dim bulb 45 Watt only slightly glowing.
I have 4 volts offset on one channel and about 280mV on the other.
I have been looking for a schematic for this item with no luck. I did find some info on it in an engineering paper which shows a block diagram.
It is going to be a project for myself, not a lot of money invested in it. I want to look at the "good channel" and compare voltages from one channel to the other at the same reference points.
There are a lot of electrolytics on these boards from the mid 1960s. I believe there is a mix of germanium and silicon transistors in this unit.
Thanks for any input anyone might have,
Daniel
