Have a mint pair of FR12-2 12" 2 Way with horn. You can call me for a faster deal at xxx-xxx-xxxx.

I don't know much about EV but I saw horns and perked up. What's the deal with these?

[DaWoofer]

Well worth it.

Looks pretty keen to me.

Let's see what EV has on their website...
(sounds of digital rustling around)

here's the service manual for the FR-12-2b: http://archives.telex.com/archives/EV/Speakers/Service Manuals/FR12-2B Service.pdf

EDIT... and the Engineering Data Sheet for the 12-2: http://archives.telex.com/archives/EV/Speakers/EDS/FR12-2 EDS.pdf

I have a pair. SUPER efficient. I love them to death, by far my favorite pair of speakers.

Time to resurrect and old thread!

There's a set of these on CL here in Indiana for about $120...description says they're in great shape other than a small tear on one grille cover. I'm short as heck on cash, so I'm trying like hell to sell off a couple things I don't really need. I want these!

[Wigwam Jones]

Interesting; I didn't know they were considered to be very good. I've seen a bunch sell recently in this area; including a pair that were used as PA speakers in a church for $25. I'll have to keep a closer eye out in the future.

I'd be all over a pair of those if they came up locally....especially at $25!!! Here is the EDS sheet from the Telex website on the FR12-2 speakers.
