I've had my Sentry III's connected to a variety of amps over the years (largest being a pair of 500w monoblocks) and have never seen the light. My ears give out long before. Maybe if you ran just some high frequency tones...My version has the clip indicator light and the tweeter saver. My question is, "Has anyone ever had their's turned up high enough to see these lights light or even began to?" I've had my units about 3 or 4 years now and have had these cranking above 150 w.p.c and never have seen them even began to light. Maybe if I had them outside I could, but my ears can't handle any more power than that inside as these are rather efficient. Anyone?
