Electrostatic Quad Repair

I am writing on behalf of a friend. He is the original owner of a set of Electrostatic quad speakers. He couldn't find the model number but, based searches, they look like QUAD ESL 57's.

He is looking for someone with experience to bring them back to their original sound. The geographic area is between Toronto and Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

If you have any leads to a qualified repair person, we would greatly appreciate the contact.

I used estat solutions (Kent) for my '63s, highly recommended. There's also Sheldon Stokes and Wayne Piquet in the USA.

Thanks for the links. Sounds like there are people in the US. I will write to Stewart Penkerth. It sounds like he's in Canada. I don't know where but perhaps he'll have some local leeds.

The Quad website's Support page notes that their distributor in Canada can be contacted here: libertytrading2009@gmail.com

That would be a good place to start.
