Email box filling up with AK posts

Used to be that the email notifications from AK would only be sent once to my email until the post was read by me. All of a sudden I am getting an email for every single reply to a post. I checked my email and have a dozen emails all for the same thread. Did something change on AK's end?

Nope, check the options.

Go to UserCP, Options, Messaging & Notification, and chose how often if at all you get emails.
 
It's not happening anymore. Only happened for a couple of days, but stopped on it's own. Very strange.
