Empire Stylus ID?

I inherited an Empire 598/II turntable a few years ago and now it seems the stylus has started to wear out as the sound has deteriorated. The cartridge is an Empire 4000 D/I and the stylus is pictured here. Can anyone ID the stylus and or tell me where to find a replacement? Thank you!

Correct stylus for the 4000 D/I

Not going to find an original for money you would spend. Maybe there are some aftermarket styli.
 
It also can be retipped assuming the suspension and cantilever are in good shape. Additionally, the 4000 can use any of the 2000-series styli except those for the 2000Z and 2000T (those have smaller shanks).
 
FWIW I also have 2 NOS Empire DIII's, but have been running a Soundsmith Boheme instead which sounds great too. The 698 arm is delicate so I haven't been eager to swap carts around.

I have a 598 that needs a bit of work, that's easier to swap carts on once I get it running again.
 
I wish there was some kind of guarantee that the aftermarket styli for the 4000D series would work for CD-4.
I bought one once, quite a few years ago (I can't remember the brand) and it was very poor. Not really any better than trying a regular 2 channel cartridge/stylus. I got my money back but still...the hassle.

I know I posted this in the big Empire thread but when I first tried to, the other day, it wouldn't post so I posted it now but I think I really meant to post it here.
