Empty speaker cab ID

Picked these up at the curb last week. All drivers and hardware have been removed. Still had the grills and batting inside, though. Size is 11 1/2"w x 19 3/4"h x 9 13/16"d. Small narrow clean spot at the bottom of one grill cloth where the logo plate must have been. I'm thinking AR, Dynaco, ADC but I'm not familiar enough with any of those to know.:scratch2:

Despite the mildewed grill cloth, the cabs and veneer are sound and will be an easy restore project.:thmbsp:

Dynaco A25s. That aperiodic vent is a dead giveaway.

Since the original aperiodic vent alignment effectively raises the system Q by using a compliant driver, you'll need a suitable floppy woofer to go in there. Or seal off the vent work out a port size and make it into a ported cabinet with a known woofer.

passed on some of those a few days ago. Had shitty sony drivers in them. But that vent is a dead givaway for sure :thmbsp:
