I'm on my phone, so I can't copy the pics to this thread, but I was wondering if anyone recognized these as a specific brand:

"Great Looking". Lol....

Picture doesn't match the description. Hex with marble tops, I'd guess Empire. The ones pictured could be magnavox or?

Correct. If they *were* hex with marble tops, then Empires. I don't know what the ones pictured are.

Altec? Saw some gaudy ones from that camp.

I had some similar speakers in the 80's

The size and shape of those look similar, but the exterior detail is different. When I opened them up to examine them, they appeared to be a furniture store version of the Klipsch Heresy, as the horn, woofer and crossover were identical, just in a different box.

University speakers?
