Energy 22 Reference Connoisseur Woofer Replacement

I've been lurking on this site for years with no real need of having an account... until now!

I picked up a pair of Energy 22 Reference Connoisseurs on the sidewalk the other day. There was a note left on top of one of the speakers saying the woofer needed to be replaced.

They are also different colours (both have a wooden veneer but one is more reddish), but there is a left and right speaker. There are no tags or serial numbers

The part number os the faulty woofer is PL1F3 4DR51729.

I've been scouring the internet for a replacement with no luck, so I thought I make a post here to see if anyone can help me out, or point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance.

Energy is still in business. Have you tried contacting them for help? The 22's are classics and worth repairing. Correctly. If you have the non-working woofer, there's a possibility it can be repaired.

I might have one but it was from a system where a kid played his guitar through it and blew the tweeter.
I believe that the woofer works but who knows the condition.

They were bought out by Klipsch a while back. Not sure if anyone who worked with the company back in the day are still there.

I sent an email and let's see if they reply!

I'd be interested if you were willing to sell it. Send me a direct message. Thanks!
