EPI 120 Series 3

Are these any good sound wise? I can do without the black casing, but are the speakers themselves good? I have found a pair for sale, and the pricing seems reasonable. I wonder if they are as good as the older EPI speakers, though.

probably Ok but i would hold out for some vintage models with the airspring tweeter.

anyone know the epi 150/2 ?

Found a pair some month. Ago, listened to them on an old denon 1083 was supprised but put them away. Just moved and hooked them to my parasound hca1200 and Holly crap on a cracker! These things just can't sound as good as they do??? What's up with these speakers?
