ESL S2000 tonearm parts

Hi, I am not a specialist but got a nice Thoren td124 with a ESL S 2000 tonearm in nice shape, the only issue is the counterweight is seems to be held by a rubber and wondering if any of you have ever changed it and where to buy one?
