I have a set of ESS AMT 10b speakers that are in need of some love. The heil tweeters are fine but the original woofers were replaced many years ago with pyle drivers. The pyle drivers are beyond repair and need to be replaced. Can anyone recommend some proper replacements that would work well with the heil tweeters and get these great old speakers back up to spec?

May want to chat with this guy on combined shipping, he has two for sale..
I only see this pair, this would cut the guess work out.
Or be prepared to pay twice as much for one new replacement.
My $10.00 JBL L40's have reached past $100.00 in parts to restore, just lost another tweeter.
Some are easy replace surrounds and maybe caps.

Looks like the suggestion by Ramseybella is a good one. These come up for sale on ebay from time to time. Looks like other sales were completed recently. Of course, it you want new, you can always contact ESS and buy direct. There is another seller who handles alot of ESS product on ebay, "83fj" He has several ESS items for sale now and might have the correct woofers in stock. Tag onto one of his auctions and ask him. I've purchased ess from him in the past with good results. I always liked the 10b speaker when I was selling it in the 70's. thought it was a giant killer for the price. Good luck.
