Estate auction Score.

The Central Scrutinizer
I went to an estate auction today to bid on a Pioneer PD-M92 CD player to match my M-90 power amp. They had a picture of it in their listing. It was in the background and I recognized it. Well I got it for a high bid of $20.00. But what they did not have pictured was this, in the original box with all the literature. Onkyo Grand Integra M-508. I got it for a high bid of $50.00.

Damn that's a nice grab on both the Pioneer and the 508:eek2:. Good things come in 3's so maybe it's time to grab an instant scratch ticket to.

That qualifies as a major Scroe in my book. Congratulations, how do you like the sound so far?

I think it sounds pretty darn good. I having a hard time deciding which system to listen to. The Pioneer M-90 or the Nakamichi PA-7 or the Soundcraftsmen PM-840. It sure beats them all in the looks department.

You never know until you go.
A motto the wife and I have after finding amazing things in the oddest places.

Congratulations.
