Sorry, I should've known that!
Oops, if you're missing one jumper, you'll have to add one. Just need a little piece of wire between the two terminals; copy the other speaker's layout. Sorry, I missed
that, too! That's what happens when I am trying to work
and goof around on AK!
Finally, FYI in case you didn't know, here's the EV manual for the Esquire 200A:
http://archives.telex.com/archives/EV/Speakers/EDS/Esquire 200A EDS.pdf
The earlier Esquires used the very nice little EV Wolverine LS-8 AlNiCo twincone driver as a midrange (with an EV T-35B horn tweeter and an EV 12BW woofer); later ones used a smaller cone MR in an 8" closed basket. The early ones, at least, are
surprisingly nice sounding and sensitive loudspeakers; "great for tube amps"!
EDIT: Here's a photo of the earlier Esquire configuration. Anyone who spends a little time on a certain, modestly-popular on-line auction site will recognize the carpeting, and thus the seller, responsible for this photo I 'borrowed' a long, long time ago
