This ad on the pay site seems odd. Any insight appreciated.

They're EV Sentry Vs for $500 (unsure of that is a good price for these, as they seem to be slightly more efficient versions of the (earlier) two channel Interface C's (as opposed to the three channel C IIs). In which case $500 is too high. Doesn't mention the EQ, and in the description seller offers free shipping, but shipping & handling details state otherwise.

Intrigued but wary. Probably should avoid like the plague. Thoughts?

Think it's obviously a mistake. Take a look at his other items. Lots of free shipping type stuff there! Copy paste residue from a standard template type ad. He's not offering free shipping. If you're interested why not contact him and hear what he says?

I contacted the person. Shipping is free within the continental US (FedEx). The price isn't bad for speakers like this, even if they do need refoaming. Still, not sure I can bite on these without seeing them. Still a risk to have them shipped across country without knowing their real condition.
