As mentioned before, I drive by the local GW store on the way to the Post Office practically every day. I was going to stop by on Monday morning but just didn't have the time, so I stopped Monday afternoon. I've been keeping my eye open for a decent cassette deck to use with my garage system. I have managed to acquire quite a few prerecorded cassette tapes lately and it would be nice to be able to play them through the garage system, which is a Pioneer SX-737, a Sony ES CD Carousel, a Pioneer RG-2 and a pair of Pioneer CS-R700s.
The usual assortment of VCRs was present and not much else. While I was checking the bottom shelf, a GW employee rolled out a shopping cart full of stuff to be put out. He reached into the cart and put this on the shelf.
It's an Onkyo EQ-35. All the buttons and lights seem to work and it was in very nice condition. I haven't had the opportunity to hook it into a system yet to test it, but I am optimistic about it.
If all is OK, I plan to use it in the "garage system", which could probably really benefit from some equalization.
Does anyone have a manual or link for a manual for this unit?
This unit has the "sweep" function, and some information might clarify this operation.
:scratch2:
