Everything Coffee - From roasting to brewing

So, that's the Bodhi warehouse. I no longer see a presence on e**y, but perhaps I just didn't search properly for the user name.

EDIT: Found them...e**y store says sold out, so perhaps they decided it wasn't profitable enough, or didn't like e**y rules, etc.

I can’t say about eBay one way or another. I direct from Bodhi. If you’re on their emailing list they have weekly sales at 20-25% off.

Has any of you tried the "Third Wave" water mineral supplement (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06ZYPX1Y4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATO5Z41A16W3B&psc=1)? Apparently you add this to distilled water and it has the perfect minerals for brewing coffee. Saw this on Shark Tank and the sharks were impressed with the difference in coffee taste versus tap water.

Have not tried it. I used to use RO water when making beer and would add different mineral salts to the water to recreate the water profile of different brewing regions. You could do the same. Just need a gram scale and the water salts. But remember, most coffee places just filter their water for chlorine. Some mineral content is needed though, so don't just use plain distilled.

Our current setup at home is a Technovorn Mocamaster drip make, a double walled French coffee press, and a Krupps Espresso machine. We also have a Wilfa burr coffee grinder.

At out mountain cabin is a single walled French press and a GE Percolator.

No roasting as of yet.

I can’t take photos as I am imbibing and listening to music.

Planning another purchase from Genuine Origin. If there's interest I'll offer it up on BT so I don't get stuck with all 65#.:rflmao:

Great topic, im a coffee enthusiast for many years. My son owns a roasting company and cafe in Brooklyn , so I get my beans for free. Always enjoying great coffee. I brew on a fellow Aiden and espresso on a GCP
