I know we all like Extremely Rare stuff but this Yamaha Amp doesn't belong to that category. It may be a bit rare since MX-1000 are discontinued long ago and you can't go out and buy one right away. But they regularly pop up on eBay and Agon so Extremely Rare doesn't fit to it. The seller just put these two words to lure in unsuspected eBayers to make more $.
