The tour is on for the morning of monday, November 7th. Anyone is welcome and we will do the tour for up to 20 people.

The tour will be in the morning with lunch provided by McIntosh. Of course the afternoon will be free if you would like to visit Audio Classics in nearby Vestal.

You are the bestest to keep these tours going. I wish we could attend, but we have to be in D.C. late Sunday night, so no way we could get to Binghamton by Monday morning. Maybe next time!!

Yes, a bus runs from NY city to Binghamton. You would set the record for long distance travel of course!

The Binghamton Regency has rooms for the night of Nov. 6th. Their number is 1-800-723-7676 and ask for the McIntosh room rate of $77.00 per night.

We should plan on meeting in the lobby at 7:45 on the morning of the 7th. We will go for breakfast on the way to the plant then start the tour at about 9:00. The tour will include playing with some of the new stuff and lunch at 11:30 with the engineers.

So far we have 5 confirmed as going so up to 15 more slots open.

Being in Alberta, Canada makes it a long trip...but I'll make it next year. I may come with my local Mac dealer.
The only thing is, once I'm in, good luck getting me out...) :D
 
Thanks to everyone who attended the tour. We had 7 AKers and had a nice time showing off the factory and sharing lunch. We can do some more of these next spring I hope!
