favorite controls cleaner

I never know what cleaner to use on my controls/pots,switches.Right now I have deoxit & deoxit fader lube. DO both of these do the same job? Do you clean first & then use the fader lube? Where would you not use the fader lube? Allso locally I have a hard time finding these. What are you guys using? Thanks, tom

I just run down to the local autozone and pick up some crc electronics cleaner.

Hi, I have cleaned switches, pots and controls with Deoxit D5 and have had great success!
