favorite diet soda?

i don't drink soda that often, but once in a while, especially when i'm eating a burger, a cold bottle of coke does a great job. i'm advised by my doctor not to take too much sugar so i usually go for diet coke. i discovered the "boylan diet cane cola" a few years ago, and haven't found anything that taste even close. anyone else with favorite diet soda?

BubbaCola, but I can't find it any more, so DietRite Pure Zero Cola. I only drink the sucralose sweetened ones.

They have sugar-free sugar cane?
 
Diet A&W Root Beer, Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, Diet Canada Dry Ginger Ale, need to try the diet-rite stuff.
 
I'd take my chances with the occasional regular cola, before I would put any of that diet crap into my body. I'll pass on something that breaks down into methanol and formaldehyde, thanks very much.

I want whoever is paying for my funeral to get their money's worth. I doubt the undertaker will give them a break for having to use less.

Sucralose won't do that, even if you cook with it. Beats aspartame 10 ways to Sunday, as they used to say.
 
I can't say I have a favorite diet soda. They are all a compromise.

Do you guys have Pepsi Next? It is a 40/60 mix of sugar and something else. To me, it has a sugar taste but without the excessive calories. 60 calories total, I can take that any day.

I think they caught on to something. Many people do a mix of diet and "regular" at the self serve fountain. I always do.
