I'm considering a DAC that I can also use as a headphone amp. This one appears to be relatively new and has great reviews (but only 12 of them). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WT7TYWY/
It can work as a limited preamp with its line inputs and variable line outputs, so it will work really well for me... assuming it sounds good. Below are some details and specs:
