First balance volume control rebuild, need advice.

Working on my Kenwood ka9100 gang of volume and balance pots. The smaller pair of 250k ohm balance pots are trash and boards are falling apart. I have never purchased such a thing, do I start w mouser or is there a preferred brand, etc?

Besides source, any keywords to use to search for this type of pot? I have no idea what to search for - specifically.

Good eye. Same gang without the pcb, hoping to wire up this one in my 9100, if not, I suppose I will be pulling it too for an overhaul. Any recommendations re the replacement pots?

I think I have a couple spare 9100 pots with PCBs around here. Send me a pm and I'll try to dig them up. Seriously doubt
Mouser would have repair part for that.

This isn't going to be an off the shelf thing.

What I have sometimes been able to do is find pots of the same brand and value on ebay with the wrong style shafts and transfer the wafers over to the original, bad pot before. The wipers also can sometimes be transferred if needed, depends on how its assembled whether this is more bother than its worth. The wipers are usually metal though and unless something really bad has happened they are typically not your problem.
