Fisher 400 Space Expander Jacks - jumpers required ?

Hello -

I JUST noticed that the 2 metal jumpers for the space expander are missing -- I was looking at a picture of the chassis from ebay, and noticed the jumpers in-place...mine are not.

Do these split the preamp and main amp ? Are they required for correct operation ? I would use regular rca patch cords if needed.

Yes sometimes the tech soldiers them together underneath the chassis like mine did

IT WORKS !!!!! I have the DBT hooked up., and it WORKS !!!! bothe channels etc ...

SO simple !

Waht a relief !

Is there damage to receiver if I run with dbt ? I have turned off ...
