Fisher 500c restore

I just finished restoring a 500c and resolving some problems like the switch. I'm now finishing the case. Listening to the Fisher is quite interesting, this is a very good sounding amp. I'm running it through my Dynaudio Heritage Specials which bring out every flaw in the audio chain but they work very well with the 500c.

Enjoy! I got a 500-C a couple of months ago, and I agree, it's wonderful. I haven't found a speaker that it doesn't love.

I was curious if you added adjustable bias to the 500-C since I see new production Tung Sol output tubes. They run way hot on the stock bias setup.

Hopefully he did.

Luckily McShane was selling matched quads of Tung Sols when I built mine, so I just put one bias pot in.

Banana plugs can be made to fit into larger holes. The tips are are made of "leaves" that can be gently bent outward.
