Fisher 500TX Stereo/Muting Issue

Greetings all! I am at my wits end with this Fisher 500TX. I picked up this beautiful unit at an estate sale and have replaced all the electrolytic caps and of course cleaned the pots. Fully functional for about a month although it really does require its warmup period. But I turned it on the other day and there was no sound, no stereo light and no signal strength. I turned off the muting and the sound came back but no signal strength or stereo light. I tested the light and it works, I can flip to AM and the meter works perfect. Another thing I noticed is that during an auto scan the needle travels as it passes through channels but will never lock on one. I figure whatever is keeping it from locking on the stereo and signal strength is keeping the unit from locking on and making the unit think there is no station which is why there is no sound on mute. The AFC does function. When I tune in and out of stations manually the signal strength indicator barely, almost imperceptibly, hints to the left when off station. I have poked and prodded all over and have signals and voltages where I should according to the schematics except one place that I can find. On the auto scan board schematic it has a box pointing to a point after L901 that says +4.5V in P1164 with antenna signal... blah blah. But When I check that did of the coil I only have .4V. Thats the only inconsistency I can find. Any of you Fisher owners have any idea what I can do?
