Fisher 660

Hi everyone!

I have the opportunity to get, in an exceptionnal condition, a Fisher 660 receiver, from 1967. There is very little information about it; does anybody own this receiver or know something about it? Is it a good one?

I think the best we could come up with last time was that it was possibly a Canadian, (or export version,) of a 550-T.

Red; I unfortuneately didn't respond to Racoon1400's last post in that thread (his pics ofthe 660 inside), but it IS identical internally to the 550 down to the OCTAL sockets on the amplifier boards. The only difference I can see between the 550 and the 660 is the Front panel.

I finally bougth the receiver for 140$ . It is my first Fisher; next step would be a 500 C, wich is supposed to be one of the best they ever made!
