Could be an output transformer went, taking the 7591s with it.

Believe it or not, it looks to me like there's something melted on the outside of those tubes, perhaps from plastic or something similar coming in contact with them while they were hot. They might still be ok.
 
Yes, it could be glue or caramel.
This is probably in the "kinda worth it" department.
One telltale sign for the positive is that the color of the tube sockets bode well for low hours usage over the years.
The sockets darken with time and repeated heating and cooling.
