Fisher/ARS 11C Speakers - Anyone know them?

I picked up some freebies today, a pair of Fisher 11C's. It looks like they were made for Radio Shack by Fisher, they're three ways in nice walnut cabinets. I haven't hooked them up yet, because I have too many other things to do today, but would be curious if anyone has any opinions on these. They look nice, and they're plenty heavy.

I'll get some pics up tomorrow, there is literally no room for any more speakers that I'm not actually using in the house so they're out in the garage. The paperwork that came with them says they are ARS/Fisher 11C Acoustic Suspension Speaker System. Three way with a 12" woofer, 5-3/4 midrange and 3" tweet. The crossover schematic shows a couple of inductors, a 10uF cap to the mid, an 8uF to the tweeter, and a couple of resistors to the "tweeter switch". Specs are 32 to 20K, 10 to 45 watts power capacity, crossovers at 500 and 2500Hz. The writing on the connection terminal says they were made exclusively for the Radio Shack, A Tandy Corporation by the Fisher Company, Long Island City, NY. Near my old stomping grounds!

Like I said, I'll post pics tomorrow, but I don't know when I'll get a chance to listen to them. Not that I can think of a better thing to do on a snowy day!

What you mean you have other things to do??? What could POSSIBLY be more important than listening to a new pair of speakers you just got? If the house is on fire, maybe that. Maybe.
