Fisher FM100B Parts Needed

I recently purchased a console that had a custom installed Fisher FM100B tuner.
The installation required the original faced to be removed from the Fisher and a custom-made face plate installed in its place. I would now like to replace the current friend current faceplate with an original. Just wondering if anybody here would have access to a faceplate for this tuner?
I also need a couple of knobs - or the brass trims on the knobs.
