Fisher RS-912 No Sound

So I had bought a Fisher RS-912 and I can't figure out why I can't get any sound from the receiver i've tried almost everything no sound from speakers and no sound from the headphones the muting was on however I managed to figure out how to turn it off muting but still no sound I even had the volume up all the way still nothing is there a way to reset this unit to factory setting? I've tested all fuses and all that just can't figure it out?

The output transistors are probably blown.

I had checked them and got a ohm reading they are all the same.

Does it have "main in pre outs" on the back? Is it missing the jumpers? Seems unlikely, but I figured I'd ask.

No it has no pre outs I wish though.
